It's sad that this is true. We live in such a selfish society as to say that our lives are more important than having a baby with a disability. As I've talked with families who have Down's kids, they say they're a lot of work but more of a blessing than anything.
I am a mostly contented stay-at-home mom that fills her days with 4 children, 2 very messy dogs, a small home without a basement, and a husband too incredible to even start describing.
I am very serious about my faith, I home-educate my kiddos, I love music, art and talk radio. I want to sew and quilt, but need to take classes and I adore photography and want to own a fancy schmancy camera one day.
