Oh Lord,
Help me to walk alongside my children and help them to know how to live this life with You in control.
Help me to not be overwhelmed by the everyday.
Help me to see messes and dishes with a happy heart.
Help me to see my blessings of being a mother and the work that it involves.
Please allow me to see my value in Your eyes and not in the world's eyes.
Help me to teach my children with integrity and realness and love.
At times, Lord, I still feel like that little girl from the past: insecure, unsure of herself and feeling like she's in the way.
Help me to overcome these feelings of inadequacy and fill me with the grace and love that on ly You can give.
